Dr. Wanda Jackson, an experienced IT professional with a variety of management and consulting skills, is the Founder and President of WHL Information Solutions, Inc. Her diverse background includes taxonomy development, project management, business process development, knowledge management, instructional design, and training. She also has special interest in, and has developed techniques for, assessing user information behavior associated with information overload. Dr. Jackson’s unique combination of technical and interpersonal skills makes her highly skilled in facilitating team efforts, establishing common vision among diverse groups, and producing superior results—skills which she has employed to develop enterprise-wide taxonomies in knowledge management and records management initiatives of several Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Jackson also holds a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). |
